NYC Summer Streets Adds Free Water Taxi

NY Waterway Ferry encourages ferry/bike riders to take full advantage of the 5th annual Summer Streets NYC, presented by the New York City Department of Transportation, as it waives its usual $1.25 bicycle surcharge.
